- How do I register?
You can register online by clicking [this link] and paying via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. - How can I do group/bulk registration?
Please email support@tumakurumarathon.in with the subject line “Tumakuru Marathon – Bulk Registration.” Our team will assist you with the registration process. - What does the registration fee cover?
The fee includes entry to the event. - Will I receive a race day T-shirt?
Yes, a race day T-shirt is complimentary. While we do our best to provide the correct size, please note that sizes are ordered in advance, and the organizers are not responsible for any shortages. - If I register under the Early Bird offer, will I receive the same race kit as other participants?
Yes, all participants will receive the same race kit with identical contents. - Can I register manually (offline)?
No, there are no manual or on-the-spot registrations for this event. - Is there a minimum or maximum age for participants?
o For the Half Marathon, participants must be 18 years or older as of October 6, 2024.
o For the 10K and 5K, participants must be 6 years or older as of October 6, 2024. - Can I transfer or cancel my registration? Will I receive a refund?
Yes, you may transfer or cancel your registration up to 20 days before the event. Email support@tumakurumarathon.in with the subject line “Tumakuru Marathon – Registration Cancellation/Transfer.” Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the 20-day deadline. Within 20 days of the event, transfers and refunds are not permitted. - Can I change my race category after registration?
Yes, category changes are allowed up to 20 days before the event. For upgrades, you’ll need to pay the difference in fees. For downgrades, no partial refund will be issued. Note: If upgrading from an Early Bird rate to the current rate, you will need to pay the difference. - Can I change my race category on race day?
Downgrades are allowed on race day, but upgrades are not permitted. - I made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How can I correct it?
Please email support@tumakurumarathon.in with the correct information, and we’ll update your details. - I had a problem during registration. I was charged but didn’t receive confirmation. What should I do?
In rare cases, if a payment gateway error occurs, the amount will be refunded within 3 working days. For further clarification, email support@tumakurumarathon.in with your registration details (date, name, and email), and we’ll resolve the issue. - Cancellation Policy
In case of adverse weather conditions, major incidents, force majeure, or authority restrictions, the organizers reserve the right to stop, cancel, or postpone the event.
o The Event Organizers may alter the course, delay the race, or make other necessary changes, including adjusting the race route or distance.
o The event organizers hold exclusive authority to cancel tickets and, if required, postpone or cancel the event per company policies and guidelines.
