In cases of adverse weather conditions, major incidents, force majeure, or restrictions imposed by authorities, the organizers reserve the right to stop, cancel, or postpone the event.

• Event organizers may adjust the course, delay the race, or make other necessary changes, including modifying the race route or distance.
• Event organizers have exclusive authority to cancel tickets and, if needed, to postpone or cancel the event in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so up to 20 days before the event, in which case you will receive a 75% refund. And you will receive your refund in 7 to 8 days of cancellation in the same payment method
• Cancellations made within 20 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer Policy:

You may transfer your registration to another person up to 20 days before the event. Transfers within 20 days of the event will not be permitted.
